Lodging / Meals / Etc.
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites El Paso Airport (6666 Gateway Blvd East, El Paso, TX) for Monday night, October 19th, and Tuesday night, October 20th. The rate is $123 per night plus city taxes & fees. Click on the link here October’s Pastors’ Conference and you can make your reservation. You have until September 20th to make your reservation, and then all rooms will be released to the public. If you seek a cheaper hotel option or an Airbnb option, go for it.
While breakfast is provided at the hotel, we will provide a continental breakfast Tuesday and Wednesday morning at the church. We will also take care of your lunch and supper on October 20th. The supper meal on the 20th will include special fellowship and festivities. We hope you will join us. Monday meals (October 19th) and Wednesday lunch (October 21st) will be on your own.
You are on your own for transportation. Rental car rates are not too ridiculous in El Paso. Try to carpool with others, and it will make it cheaper. If any of you have a Costco membership, their rental car rates are consistently the cheapest out there.
