Conference Description

Our Arizona-California District Pastors’ Conference will be held jointly held at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church (Las Vegas, NV) and Green Valley Lutheran Church (Henderson, NV). This year our presenters will be from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary and the format will be a “summer quarter style.” The following courses will for this study conference will be offered:

  • Challenges Faced by Post-Reformation Lutheran Church (Prof. Joel Otto, held at Green Valley)

  • Congregational Strategic Planning  (Pastor Jon Hein, held at Beautiful Savior)

  • OT Readings: The Plague Narratives in Exodus 5-11 (Prof. Kenneth Cherney, held at Green Valley)
